To protect the two new born chicks, mom has decided to put me in 'jail' for a short period of time. I'm not allowed to play outside until the chicks have grown big enough and are safe from my evil paws.
Mom, don't worry! I'll be a good and well disciplined girl. My only request is simply something better and more delicious than usual.

We had to keep the kitties in the house recently because a some little finches built a nest in our rafters and we wanted to wait till the fledglings learned to fly.
He,he, I agree, it's probably better to keep Bobo away from the little chicks for a while. The ball and chain is very funny! And the little chicks are adorable, both in your illo and the pictures!
